Our Freedom minute packages came about after running a customer insights survey on the Mobal Freedom website to see what customers wanted from their cell phone provider.
Lots of other cell phone companies offer inclusive free call minutes with their plans, however this relies on the customers only wanting to use their phones to make calls and calls only. Should that customer wish to send and receive text messages or browse the mobile internet to find out information they are required to pay as they use these services or purchase additional add ons at increased cost to them.
At Mobal Freedom we decided that instead of offering just free inclusive minutes, we would create Freedom minutes that are able to adapt to how you use your cell phone.
So if one month you make a few calls, send lots texts and use the mobile internet a few times a week you can do all this in your Freedom minutes bundle without having to worry about purchasing additional add-ons.
We think its time for your cell phone plan to adapt to your needs, not customers having to adapt their usage to their rigid cell phone plan.
How do my free minutes work?
At Mobal Freedom if you are on the Freedom 10,20,30 or 40 plan you get a monthly allowance of FREE minutes that we allow you to use for calls, SMS messages, MMS messages or mobile internet. The following example explains how your FREE minutes can be used.
The Mobal Freedom billing system gives you the call credit value in relation to your minutes.
Freedom 10 – 100 minutes ($25)
Freedom 20 – 250 minutes ($62.50)
Freedom 30 – 400 minutes ($100)
Freedom 40 – 500 minutes ($125)
As you use your phone to make and receive calls, send and receive sms messages or browsing on the mobile internet, the cost is deducted from your monthly call credit value.
e.g Freedom 10 Customer
Makes 60 minutes of calls (Cost $15.00)
Sends/Receives 100 SMS messages (Cost $10.00)
Total Cost ($25.00)
These calls and SMS messages would all be included in the FREE 100 minutes the customer has with the Freedom 10 plan.
